A deep and gentle journey of one hour where we nourish our inner world and immerse ourselves in the music, in a cosy, friendly and non-judgemental space.
We meditate and observe our emotions and thoughts, understanding and transcending patterns, conditionings and social roles, in an environment of serenity and integrity in a journey of self-expression and healing.
Gathering in the frequencies of deep listening and introspection, we let our bodies become poetry, in a conscious dance in which we meditate with our free movement, with the space to live our individual process in the most honest way possible, without scripts, forced interactions or maps.

Structure:
– PRANAYAMA
Expansion of individual energy through breathing techniques.
We will become aware of the energetic potencial of our breath to awaken our vital energy and connect us to our inner fire and personal power.
– CONSCIOUS DANCE
Chill out – ambient – world – electronic sound journey DJ set
We are guided by the music, through a narrative of several energies and rhythms, which transport us to a more subtle dimension, in which the sonic immersion will make us enter a state of meditation through movement, in a free and spontaneous way.
– SHAVASANA
Deep relaxation and integration
Stillness and integration back to silence, so we can fully integrate the experience and the process with time and in the most puré energy of the moment. Sometimes it is done in silence, other times with live voice, or therapeutic instruments.
-In the end we offer a bio-vegan snack, to nourish our body and spirit.
