The path of self-healing is a path of personal transformation towards inner peace.
When we alter our perception through breathing, movement, singing or sound we can access different parts and aspects of our unconscious that need to be liberated and resolved.
Thus we create a safe, loving and conscious space so that transformation can happen, making use of meditation and visualization techniques, working with intention and energy, using our body and our voice, with a modern approach to ancestral wisdom and knowledge.
These are intense and deep times of many changes and transformation.
Personal and collective challenges are present in our awareness, asking to be acknowledged, processed, solved and integrated in our life experience. The soul’s growth and evolution is not always an easy path - there are crossings that ask us to leave old skin behind, and there are even moments or phases in our lives in which those skins are torn apart.
We can create a space in which we can become comfortable with the emotions that cause our discomfort, because those are the aspects of ourselves which need resolution in the journey back to wholeness, so we can unblock, untie the knots, and return to a personal creative flow and to the natural ecstasy we can reach as human beings.
These are times to go deeper in order to fly higher – times to accept and look at our wounds, insecurities and discomforts, letting go of what no longer serves us, so that, with humility and the will to heal ourselves, we can grow and clean up the subconscious emotional and mental garbage so that new and greater paths can appear and new parts of our beings can be discovered.
